LOCATION

We are on the Southwest corner of W Orange Grove Rd. and N La Cholla Blvd., in the La Naranja Medical Plaza, directly across from ACP Northwest Imaging.

APPOINTMENTS

Our clinic is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 am to 4:30 PM on Fridays, excluding holidays. We see patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so we may schedule one for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call in advance to cancel or reschedule. This is extremely important and allows other patients to utilize this time.

Our friendly staff is trained to answer your phone calls and assist you with many of your questions. Please call us if you have questions regarding your medical care.

Our facility offers care for the whole family from newborns to (great) grandparents, including everything from yearly physicals to minor surgeries.  We have a Patient Portal, that allows our patients to view medical records, contact their providers, and more!

Additionally, we are located directly across the parking lot from Arizona Community Physician’s Northwest Imaging Center, providing quick and easy access to state-of-the-art X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI equipment, technologists, and radiologists.
